SWA Firefly flat metal nail-in fixing cleats for 18th edition cable installation with fire resistant properties. Fast fix performance cleats that can withstand temperatures and fires up to 930 degrees C for up to 60 minutes.
The recent 18th Edition changes that came into effect as of January 2019 requires that not only fire escape routes need to be installed with metal cable fixings, but now all cable types and the whole installation requires fire resistant fixings.
In other words, any cable, not just those in escape routes, will need to be prevented from premature collapse to be compliant. Our new and extensive range of cable fixings not only comply with thes regulations, but also offer some fast fix solutions to help complete the job quicker!
