Coronavirus Update

All our branches are open for trading, collections and nationwide deliveries.

We are operating as normal with social distancing precautions in place for anyone looking to buy from the trade counter or collect an internet order from a branch. Orders can be placed at the trade counter, over the phone or online for collection. Our fleet of vans is still operating and is supplemented by our national courier partners. Rest assured that we will get the goods to you as soon as possible.

Our opening times are 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

We would like to assure you that our branches are very well stocked and have no fulfilment issues when it comes to customers orders.

Medlock Electrical Distributors is open for trading under government guidelines as an essential supply service to the construction industry which remains a key industry to the government in these difficult times. We have already supplied goods to one of the new NHS Nightingale hospitals and are ready and able to supply others should the need arise. Our branches are essential to homes should they require electrical heating or the replacement of faulty electrical parts.

We are taking the threat of Coronavirus very seriously and have taken additional steps to try and protect those that work at or visit our branches. We ask that customers join us in following public health guidelines regarding handwashing and actions that can help reduce the spread of infection and if you are collecting from one of our branches then please maintain social distancing and stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people. We ask that, for the benefit of everyone, you do not visit any of our branches if you are displaying any flu-like symptoms including:

• persistent cough
• fever (high temperature)
• breathing difficulties.
